Well Done, Mithusha
31 Aug 2021

Congratulations to year 11 student, Mithusha K, who has won a position to attend the National Youth Science Forum (NYSF) in January 2022!

NYSF is an opportunity for students in with a passion for STEM to experience the various ways in which the principles of STEM are applied in many sectors. This includes the space, health, agriculture, and infrastructure industries. This experience will involve talking to industry professionals and experiencing the work they conduct at their laboratories and development centres. All of this is with the intention to continue to be inspired to work in STEM and someday pursue a career in it to make a positive difference.

Mithusha will be sponsored by our local Rotary Club.

We are extremely proud of Mithusha and look forward to hearing about his experience when he returns to King’s to begin Year 12 in 2022.

Well done Mithusha. We wish you all the best.

Mrs Brigette Lee, Science Learning Area Leader (Year 6-Year 12)
