Dinner is Served Nomination

Nominate a Family

Our Dinner is Served program is a heartwarming endeavour at King's, designed to provide support and care to our King's families. Whether it's a joyous occasion like the arrival of a new baby, or a challenging time due to an injury, family illness, loss, or high-stress situation, our program ensures that a comforting homestyle meal or a thoughtful care package is available.

Please use the following form to nominate a family or staff member who could benefit from a meal or care package.
